I am pretty sure today was the coldest day we have had in Florida this winter. It started out in the 20’s and finally warmed up to a nice 60 something by the afternoon. I know some of you Northerners are rolling your eyes at me but seriously, I have NO IDEA how to dress in cold weather. I had so many layers of clothes on I felt like the Michelin Man.
My daughter and I spent the morning on a field trip touring the local county fair, so we were extra-frozen after being in the frigid outdoors. Thankfully, the sun ended up coming out after lunch and warmed the air enough for us to lose some of our layers. Once the field trip ended, we had an hour to kill so I took the opportunity to have a spontaneous photo shoot with my little princess. I stuck some flowers in her hair and we gallivanted off to one of my favorite fields. 😉
